Which candidate keeps which promise

Two tables: seventeen candidate stacks as rows, 53 promises across four ports as columns. Hover over a column header for the promise and its source, over a cell for the scenarios behind it and what the bench recorded; click to pin the hint.

A promise is kept only if every scenario mapped to it passed. n/a means the candidate has no capability for the scenario (no policy, no service, no own transport) or the carrier fault never touched a frame of that kind: a gap in coverage, never a pass. Untested means no scenario exists yet for the promise; the reason is noted under the promise. The recorded text per scenario is the bench's own output and is in German; the scenario titles and promises are translated.
